Spiritual Fitness Day 23: Be Strong

Be Strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9

{Spiritual 5}:

In the book of Joshua, God tells Joshua three times to "Be strong and courageous". Has anyone every told you, 'Just be strong!" And, just like that, you're instantly stronger? Nope. I don't think it works that way. If anything, them telling you to 'be strong' only reminds you how weak and scared you are.

 Everyone is scared sometimes. Different things scare different people. If someone tries to say they aren't afraid of anything, sorry friend, I think you might not be telling the truth. 

The comforting thing about this verse in Joshua is the assurance, the promise, that you are never, ever alone. 

You don't have to face the things that scare you alone. God is with you all the time and wherever you go.  That means His power is going before you and also protecting you from behind! He's got you covered! So, you can face things that are a little scary with a little more courage. Call on God's strength to help you today and remember that you're not alone! Ever!

-split lungesx10 ( can modify by slowing down and doing lunges each side) 

- pushups x10 ( can drop knees to modify)

-burpees x10 

Rounds: Repeat x 4!
