Day 32: Be Still

"Be Still and know that I am God."

..or as the Message version says, " Attention, all! See the marvels of God! He plants flowers and trees all over the earth, Bans war from pole to pole, breaks all the weapons across his knee. Step out of the traffic! Take a long, loving look at me, your High God, above politics, above everything. Jacob-wrestling God fights for us, God of Angel Armies protects us." Psalm 46:10

I would encourage you to go back to Psalms and start with Psalm 46 this morning. It is beautiful.

What is the Lord say to you through this scripture?  Think about that and journal that today.

I have given you spiritual 'meat' for the month of January  (daily devotionals every day) to chew on. This month, I'll be giving you a scripture and simply asking you to reflect on how that scripture applies to you. What is its meaning for you and your life? What is the Lord saying to you?  My hope and prayer is that you will begin to slow down, be still, and dig a little deeper in the real meaning behind these words of life.
