No one likes a bragger. The one who is always talking about what they did, they're accomplishments, they're successes all the time, or how they know everything. Don't get me wrong, its fun to celebrate others, but when there is a desire to constantly be praised or to be known for what you do, what you know, or what you look like, you have to ask yourself why.
Let us not forget, we were made in the image of God, who counts inner beauty more valuable than what we do or what we look like. 1 Peter 3:5, '
Romans 12:3 says, "Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought., but rather thing of yourself with sober judgement."
This is what humility is-it's recognizing who we really are- imperfect people.
